Secured Short Term Loan

HJ Private money offers secured Loans from $20000 – $60,000 for periods of 6-18 months. Our rates are between 16% to 24% depending on the amount of the loan, length of the term and our assessment of your credit profile.
Credit pre-approval can happen once your application is completed, with a final lending decision made within 3 business day. The transfer of funds can happen three days before closing deal and all timelines are subject to all document requirements and other due diligence being met.
HJ Private money is in the business of lending short term loan for flippers first time buyer, property maintenance or basement completion.

MANAGING CREDIT SCORES

Having a loan and honouring all of the obligations can be good for your credit/beacon score; but having too many loans can be detrimental to your credit health as well. Creditors may see that behavior as an increased risk to repayment. Borrow responsibly as this may impact your credit score in a negative way.

RENEWALS

HJ Private money do not automatically renew at the end of the amortization period. All requests to change your loan parameters or to increase the loan amounts can be made after a specific portion of the existing loan has been paid.The request must be made in writing or by phone call in order for HJ Private money to apply underwriting obligations and assess if the request can be granted.

COLLECTION METHODS

In the event of any late or missed payments HJ Private money will contact the clients in arrears as soon as possible through various means available to HJ Private money These include telephone, email, postal mail and SMS. HJ Private money may also choose to work with third parties in order to assist in collection activities. Late payment will attract 3% of the amount in question, Client have the option to pay off after the first 6 months or pay part of the loan, loan with be registered as second mortgage.

Loan will be deposited into HJ Private money attorney trust account from where it will be moved to your account. All transaction will attract:
